Posted 329 days ago 61Project management tools are plenty. As you can see, there are fifteen listed in the article, and each comment is about another option. With so many to choose from, it is difficult to find the right software for your company. I use AtTask’s work management software because it helps me manage more than just projects; I can manage everything at work, from simple tasks to major programs. This is something that is transforming businesses world-wide.

Posted 361 days ago 60That’s a clear list and interesting as well as helpful. We’ve been using http://www.dooster.net for a while now and we’re very pleased. Communication is so much better. Everyone was out of the office more and more and it felt like we were getting further away from our spider’s web. As we’re generally a happy company it wasn’t a good thing and using Dooster has enabled us to feel right in there and not left out of anything because we were at a meeting. In our organisation things move fast and you really need to be in touch as well as well organised and Dooster seems to have enabled us to do this. Which makes me wonder when I read these reviews why it isn’t on this one. But good to read about the others so many thanks.

Posted 365 days ago 59Great list Siva! I will add http://www.binfire.com to the list. Binfire has great project collaboration tools. The basic service is free and includes tasks & milestones, real-time interactive whiteboard, group chat, object starring (to follow a task or a file), commenting, status reporting using secure tweets plus content management with 2GB of free online space. It is one of the best href=”http://www.binfire.com/sign-up/”>online Project Collaboration tools available on the web.
It also lets the project owner to add user categories and give each category a different level of permission. For example you can create a new category called consultants. Give permissions you want to this category (what pages this user type can read only, read write or have no access). Then add a new user to the project and assign him / her as consultant! Real easy..

Posted 402 days ago 55Take a look at Contrich……
It is not a complete Project Management tool, but can effectively manage the Content part in a typical Web Application Project. It can prove to be a handy tool for project managers, people who want to outsource content writing, Content Writers, Editor, Quality Analysts etc. With features like inline content editing, content review, automatic page verification and much more, it can help a lot in increasing the productivity of the Content team.
The homepage has a short video tutorial to get things started quickly.

Posted 422 days ago 54Hi!
Our app. http://www.projektino.com is simple as we have focused on offering the most used features such as messages and tasks. Our goal has also been to give the user a good overview of what is happening in the project and how each project member contributes to the project. Features such as Ajax, task reminders, googledocs integration and Iphone app coming in the near future.
Cheers!
