Its always good to change it up from texting, emails, newsletters, tweets that aren't always as personable as a phone call at times. Strong Article, there is a lot of good value in it! It's astonishing how many businesses (and individuals) would rather spend money on marketing and advertising to create new business when they don't commit any activities to maintaining their existing customer/client base. CRM isn't difficult and it's relatively easy to further profit from introducing new and existing services to current clients, rather than trying to grow to replace lost clients by not having a CRM strategy. Great article and one that interests me a lot as a marketer.
