Is this list based on design abilities or how many tweets some of these guys do? I see some good talent on this list but going through it I also see some very medicore work but a lot of tweets instead.

Can’t go wrong with following most of these people. I’ve been following most of them since my Twitter birth and always get an interesting stream to read. It’d be nice to see some different folk on a list, though, as most “Must follow” lists have about the same people.
