That's mostly because I have been getting all my equipment I will need in order. For my timesheet (tracks clients, their payments & bills) I use Ultrize timesheet, and they also have a billing system called mini biller you can integrate into your site. The creator says he plans on creating a plug-in to link them. I also use Open Workbench to plan each project out, it was a little difficult at first but once you get used to it it's a great tool.
