This is just quick tip how to add personal and free e-mail account using Your domain name using Gmail service , which I hope will be useful for someone, who didn’t know this one.
Example – You have bought domain address like - http://www.exampledomain.com.
Lets say You want to get e-mail – yourname@exampledomain.com, but don’t want to pay for that? Easy!
Okay, let’s do it step by step:
1. So at first You need to have already existing Gmail account. You can register easily here -
2. I will not go in details – verifying and setting up Your account – so the next step to do -
Press this button – at right top side of page :

3.Continue here:

4-7. Follow-up is pretty straight forward, step by step, upload requested *.html document to server, wait until Google checks it and use it! Wasn’t so hard, yeah?
I just wanted to show this feature to people, who own their own domain, but don’t know how to set-up professional email address.
Hope this helped! ;)

Hi guys, I found this post useful, too. With the new Google setting, the alternative way of doing the same thing described in this post is:
1) Go to Google App (Free) webpage. http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html
2) Follow through the steps. If you already own a domain name, then everything after that should be easy.
Cheers!

Thank you for your Blog re, ‘How to create free e-mail account with Your domain name?’.
Sorry but If i click ‘Settings’ I only see ‘Accounts and Import’, which does not have an option for ‘Use gmail with your domain for free’
Assuming i needed the older version. I cant find ‘Older version’ link anywhere on the google page. I am logged on using my ID.
Has this been removed or changed?
Thank you for your help in advance

Actually they haven’t deleted step 3. Follow this steps now:
1. Login into your account
2. Look on the footer (e.g: ©Google) and search for “older version” link, Click it.
Then follow step 3.
3. Login into your account > Settings > Account > Have your own domain ? > Learn more > From now on you will know what you have to do.
Cheers.
