These are some of the best tips I have seen. I started a blog and did it on blogsppot and then started to post links and the site was and is successful but it could have done better had I known my audience and what keywords to use. I think one of the most important things to remember is who you are creating the website for. It isn't the client, and it certainly isn't yourself, it is the end users.
