I love them all! Especially TechLeef. You should consider the layout scheme that is only MyArtPlot – it is also pretty smooth and clean. Like DeviantArt, MyArtPlot is an art community. The other layout that you should include outside of DeviantArt is really Etsy they have a very clean beautiful looking scheme as well. Besides TechLeef I like number 36!

Well…
I wouldn’t pay TO MUCH attention to web design from deviantart. A lot of the web designs from deviantart are using copyrighted elements, and the designers don’t even own the rights. ( NOT ALL! but still a big number…)
Best example: 13. easo by osec
This design was changed 2-3 times because of several copyright problems and art theft. (read the comments of this deviation, some comments are even not display any longer cos the author is ashamed to show that he was caught)
You can read about it and the user “osec” in this journal post here:

Really great inspirations out there! Great usage of colors and varieties of layouts! Breathtaking!

Xquisit. All of the designs are great, more than great. Here’s a question: In a bunch of great templates it’s hard to stand out from the rest. Now, without going back and taking a peak, which one did really get your attention?, or which one can you still remember?.
Be cool, eat right, excercise & take care of mother earth. Peace.
If not, then it's time to learn how to:

For me – I cannot pick one! But there is explanation for it – if you would see in this list a bunch of ugly designs and one or two beautiful – of course you will remember those two.
In this article every single design is beautiful creative piece, that’s the reason why you do not remember just one page – but remember several good separated accents.
