I really like inkd site design. I’m not sure whether it’s the choice of colours of the full width header, but it looks really clean.
I think it would be pretty cool to see some comparisons to web design spend vs. conversion rates.

I think more credit needs to be given to sites that don’t rely on the product shot overload that so many stores have fallen into. We all have seen ebay and Amazon- I don’t need a small brand to feature the same number of navigation pathways, products, etc on their home page.
