Great list! Doesn’t hurt that our man Matt Salik is number 4. Gotta love a guy with a firm handshake! This list kind of makes us wish we hadn’t gone for the gritty, dark look… for about 2 seconds! Good job and thanks for putting this together.

Colourful sites are brilliant when created with style. It’s easy to mix a lot of colors together, but it requires some eye for design to make it look good.

The Red+White kind of stands out in the list since it has just one striking color. It works though. Boomerang TV is just being yellow, and Hughes site flickers annoyingly on scrolling because of the tight stripe background. My favourites in this list are Curious Generation and Rare View. Thanks.

    Terrific list, thanks

    Some really striking examples here

It’s interesting how some of the ones with less numbers of different colours are more interesting than some of the ones with lots of colours….
