I’d never thought of using the footer as a place for interactive elements like a contact form. That’s a stroke of design genius (and an awful lot more useful than plastering copyright text or logos …), and an innovative use of space.

Having a feedback zone right there on the homepage (or on every page, rather than hiding it away in a dark corner … somewhere) makes it an awful lot easier to engage visitors.
