As promised second part follows, here I continue free XHTML and CSS template and free layout article, which actually at first was supposed to be one really long article, but WordPress doesn’t allow to have such long posts. Why to choose premium templates at all?
I had the same question some time ago, but not always the free stuff is the best – the same is about wordpress themes. If you’re getting templates for free you don’t have any support and not any good customization options. However if you choose to sacrifice like 30-50$, you’ll get:
- Photoshop Source Files (PSD) – the most important part, because with source files, you can easily change whole looking and not touching the code at all sometimes!;
- HTML Files;
- CSS Files;
- Fonts (if applicable);
- For some layout sites there is support available too;
If you may be interested, I would create such article too, featuring high-quality premium template sites. Let me know!
And this is even better source for Your web development with total 210 designs available for now – You can download HTML and CSS files there for everyone of those designs for testing and learning different techniques. Not really related to free templates, those designs cannot be used for business purposes, but for learning process, this page is really outstanding source.
