This is a great list of applications. I would recommend any of them to a freelancer who needs to track their time. I'd also like to suggest taking a look at Intervals, an app well suited for freelancers who need time tracking and task management.

Yes, you're definitely right, if don't organize your time, it slows down your work and loose focus. I'm using time management tool similar to this one, and it proved to be very helpful.

Hi Taimur, seems like you have done a lot of work in finding these tools. I knew about toggl before, but will go through the others as well. I would also recommend the Replicon Time tracking software. Take a look and am sure it will be there in your next list.

Nice list. Have you heard about Freckle time tracking? It’s great! I have been using it for two years now. I started from a solo account to a team account. Nice interface, cool features, awesome design.

I discovered Chrometa (https://app.chrometa.com) which has the wonderful extra that it automatically tracks every programme, webpage, document you’re in by itself, and you can just file them at the end of the day. No worries remembering to press start and stop on a timer.

Hi Taimur, looks like plenty of research has gone into this. I would also check out 1DayLater which is for letting you track mileage, expenses and time - it's pretty much for freelancers, consultants and small teams more than large ones
