'IE Renderer' can be made redundant by 'IETester'. 'Webpage Analyzer'can be made redundant by 'YSlow' (Firefox add-on). 'HTML Validators' can be made redunant by the 'W3C Validator' that's built into 'Web Developer' (Firefox add-on)...'HTML tidy' (Firefox add-on) can be helpful too (as Matthew Fedak mentioned). If you're using WordPress, then the 'Broken Link Checker' (WP Plug-in) makes 'CheckLink' redundant. I only say redundant because - as you can see - my suggestions are merely Firefox add-ons; tools you can access without leaving your development environment.
