Well I do not agree with the statement “Every time your business is mentioned in social media your brand is reinforced.” It needs to be seen in the context in which it is mentioned.

You’ve mentioned G+ in the infographic. Do you think this network will be as popular as FB? Google have already failed some social projects and G+ promotion can turn into waste of time? What do you think?

    • Hello MBA Lady,
well actually G+ is really taking off with all social search in Google, and then it’s much more meaningless conversations on G+ than Facebook. Much more for businesses. A little bit similar to Reddit actually.

And new SEO will be strongly tied with social media and G+. After latest changes I also understood G+ will stay and will stay big time.

I definitely agree that it’s beneficial for a business to participate in social media. But for businesses to just jump on the band wagon they should know a successful marketing strategy on social media still means dedication. Whether they do it themselves or outsource to a capable service provider. Don’t expect to see results if your profile has no activity.
