Good list. However, I would argue that anything with textures or a graphic background is instantly no longer minimalist.

Hands-down, the absolute MOST minimalist boilerplate theme you can find in the entire free WordPress theme repo.

Another great minimalist theme for the list is Space. It does a good job of removing both unnecessary design elements and WordPress features, leaving users with clear and easy to read comment.
